AgroBrix is a premium digital marketplace dedicated to the agricultural real estate sector. We are modernizing land acquisition by providing a transparent, data-driven platform for high-value farmland and estates.
Founding Associate (All-Rounder): We are looking for a “Founder’s Office” intern who can operate at the intersection of product, growth, and strategy. You will be responsible for building the platform’s inventory and its market presence simultaneously.
Commitment:
Duration: Minimum 3 months.
Time: 30–40 hours per week (High intensity).
Stipend & Payout Structure:
Monthly Stipend:
₹2,500/month for the first 2 months (Probation & Training)
₹5,000/month starting from the 3rd month.
Business Incentive: 10% of Revenue generated from onboarded partners/deals.
Marketing Incentive: Performance-linked bonuses for every qualified buyer lead generated.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform & Product Ownership: Curate and manage high-quality property listings while working with developers to improve site UX/UI.
B2B Growth: Identify, pitch to, and onboard large farmland owners and corporate brokers to the platform.
Brand & Community: Execute social media strategies and engage with online communities to drive buyer traffic and brand trust.
Skills Required (Learn during intern):
Agile Execution: The ability to learn a new tool or concept in the morning and implement it by the afternoon.
Tech-Savviness: Comfort with AI tools, CMS platforms, and digital workflows to 10x your personal productivity.
High-Stakes Communication: Professionalism and grit to negotiate with corporate entities and high-value stakeholders.
