Job Title: Access / VBA Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Access / VBA developer to design, develop, and maintain an Access-based application. The ideal candidate will be proficient in VBA programming, database design, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient and robust application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Access applications using VBA
• Optimise queries, reports and forms for performance and usability;
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain application stability;
• Collaborate with team members to understand and implement requirements

Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Access and VBA, Strong understanding of RDBMS and SQL.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

1. Technical Skills:
   • Proficient in Microsoft Access (queries, forms, reports, and macros).
   • Advanced knowledge of VBA programming.
   • Experience with SQL and Strong understanding of RDBMS.
   • Familiarity with other Office tools like Excel, Outlook, and Word (for integrations).
2. Soft Skills:
   • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
   • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
   • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
3. Experience:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
   • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Access and VBA development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Logistics domain
• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools might be a plus.
• Understanding of database security and access control.

Location: Remote from our Hyderabad office
Job Type: Contract
Salary: upto 45000 per month based on candidate expertise
